Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Elegatto packaging, including all tags and certificates, to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
